Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most customers receive their items within 3–7 business days, depending on their location and carrier availability.

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays. Rhino Strap is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist.
