Return & Refund Policy
At Rhino Strap, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund your order. We do not accept returns for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
